Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cloudweaver Inc., doing business as CloudGo.ai (“CloudGo”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information collected through the website at cloudgo.ai (the “Site”). It does not cover the CloudGo application at cloudgoai.app or customer engagements: those are governed by the Terms of Service and by the written agreements we make with each customer, including any data handling, retention, and deployment terms agreed before an engagement begins.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo, contact us through the form on the Site, or email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, work email address, company, role, and your message. The demo form is operated by HubSpot on our behalf.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) records standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps. We also use analytics services (Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs Web Analytics) that set cookies or similar identifiers to tell us which pages are visited, how visitors arrive at the Site, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser information.

Embedded content. Some pages embed content from third parties, such as product walkthroughs hosted by Arcade and links to LinkedIn. When you interact with embedded content, those providers may collect information under their own privacy policies.

2. How we use information

To respond to your inquiries, schedule demos, and follow up on requests you make.
To send information you asked for about CloudGo. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us.
To understand how the Site is used and to improve its content and performance.
To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under contract, such as Google (hosting and analytics), HubSpot (forms and customer relationship management), and Ahrefs (analytics); with professional advisers; when required by law or to protect our rights; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the transferred information.

4. Cookies and your choices

Analytics cookies are used to measure Site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

5. Retention

We keep contact and demo-request information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, and then as required by law. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics services we use. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Data connected to a customer engagement is retained as agreed in the applicable customer agreement.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at staff@cloudgo.ai. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. International transfers

CloudGo is based in the United States and the Site is served from infrastructure in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using the Site you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our approach to customer data in engagements is described on the security page.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be posted on this page.
